Work with me

Enterprise scale. Startup speed. One person doing the work.

Fewer hours lost to admin. A website that wins you work. Systems that finally talk to each other. Scoped with you, built by me, and you never have to touch the code.

Who this is for

You run a business and you've got a hunch there's a better way. You're busy, you're not sure what's real versus hype, and you don't know where to start.

That's not a you problem. The gap between what technology can now do and who has time to figure it out has never been wider. Two years ago closing it needed a team and a budget to match. Today it doesn't. I help close that gap.

The output of a team, at a fraction of the cost, and faster than agency speed. No permanent hire, no six-figure bill.

Why me

Fair question. Here's the proof.

Show, don't tell

I build rapid concepts to accelerate the conversation.

Working concept sites for real businesses, built before we ever speak. See Jetblack and Showcourt, live now.

Not just enterprises

A health practice's years of resources, searchable and shareable at last.

For a speech pathology practice: every therapy resource catalogued, findable in seconds and shareable with families in a couple of clicks. Private work, so no public case study, but I'm happy to walk you through it on a call.

Enterprise scale

My experience comes from businesses where digital is the backbone.

$44M in cost avoidance at Woolworths. 24% more quotes became sales at Travel Insurance Direct. A $3.2M new B2C channel at Blackwoods. 25% lower delivery costs across 20M+ online orders a year.

I've done this before

I was moving businesses off faxes and manual ordering long before AI.

At Blackwoods I led eProcurement: online ordering, system-to-system integrations and e-invoicing across 200k SKUs and 60+ branches. Same work, bigger scale.

Shipping daily

3,800+ changes shipped in the last year.

Building with AI full-time is the job, not a side interest. The count is on my GitHub profile, along with the tooling I've open-sourced. Have a technical person? Point them at it.

How I work

Three steps. You stay in control the whole way.

01

Discover

We find the highest-leverage thing worth doing. You leave with a prioritised plan of where AI and automation actually pay off in your business, useful whether or not you build any of it with me.

02

Build

I do the work; you stay in control and sign off as we go. We agree what “working” means up front and prove it before we call it done. You never have to touch the code.

03

Run

Whatever we build has to keep earning its keep after launch. You get something your business can run: documented, measured, yours. Hand it to your team, or keep me a message away.

Before you book

The things people ask.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

It's direct and it's fast. No six-figure bill, and no account-manager relay between you and the person doing the work. You explain your business once, to me, and I'm still the one who answers when something needs changing. No juggling vendors.

Do I need to know what I want?

No. Most people arrive with a hunch, not a plan. We start with a free 30-minute chat, and you leave with a clear picture of what's possible, what might work for your business, and where to go next. Working prototypes, not slide decks.

Isn't this just for big companies? Do I need a big budget?

No. The point is the output of a team at a fraction of the cost: no permanent hire, no agency overhead. The enterprise experience is what makes the work solid; it doesn't set the price.

What's your experience with AI specifically?

Building with it full-time, every day: real products with real users, and 3,800+ changes shipped in the last year (the count is on my GitHub profile). The reps are the answer.

Do I have to be technical or hands-on?

No. I've spent my career translating between technology and non-technical people, and you stay in control and sign off as we go. If you do have technical people, I can hand off to them, or train them up as part of the work.

Can't I just do it myself with AI?

In pockets, yes, and you should. Depending on your time and how technical you are, today's AI tools can take you a long way, and for internal experiments they might be all you need. The gap is between smashing something out with an AI builder and something your customers rely on in production: security, reliability, and what happens when it breaks. Discovery sorts one from the other, and if you can do it yourself, I'll tell you so.

How do we start, and what does it cost?

With a free 30-minute chat. If there's something worth doing, I'll give you a clear picture of scope and cost before anything starts, priced on what it's worth to your business, not hours on a clock. Book a time here.

Next step

Got a hunch there's a better way?

A free thirty-minute chat, no obligation. Worst case, you leave with a clearer picture of what's possible.
